If there is a problem with your Revenue Digital certificate which you are waiting for Revenue to fix and you urgently need to upload your submission, you can submit manually, using ROS reporting.
Some users prefer to use this method rather than use digital certificates.
Create your submission file
In the Revenue Submission screen, click on the XML tab. By copying and pasting the contents of this tab into a text document, you can manually upload vis the ROS website.
Select all the text that appears in this tab. (Do this by clicking at the very being of the text (<?xml version) and drag until all of the test is highlighted (to the end, up to and including </pay:PayrollSubmissionRequest>) the text will probably scroll.
Click CTRL+C to copy the text to the windows clipboard
Create a text document
Create an empty text document in Windows by right clicking and select New > Text Document.
Open the document and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of the clipboard. Make sure that there are no spaces before or after the text in the document.
Save the document. If you like, you can name it Submission.xml. This is your submission document that you'll be uploading in the next step.
