Introduction

If more than one person needs to access your CloudPay account, then Users can be set up.

When you buy a CloudPay licence and set up a CloudPay account, you are an administrator. This means that you have full access to all companies that is set up when you log into your account.

It is possible to also set up Users for your account. When a User is set up, they can only see companies that the Administrator has shared with them. A company can be shared with up to five Users.

Setting up Users

You can set up users by following these instructions:
1. Go to the User screen: https://www.cloudpay.ie/User
2. Click 'Add new user'
3. Type the email address.
4. Click 'Update User'
5. Click 'Send Reg emails'

Users must confirm their accounts

The user you have set up will now receive an email. They should open this email and click on the link to confirm their account.

Once the user confirms their account, the status changes from 'Account not Registered' to 'Complete'

Company Sharing

When the user has confirmed their account then:

6. In the Company screen (https://www.cloudpay.ie/Company ) click on the 'Sharing' tab.
7. For each company you would like the user to have access to, select 'Full Access'
8. Click Update Company.

Now when the new user logs in, they will have access to all the
companies you've shared with them.

If the user does not confirm their account, then they will not appear in the Sharing tab.

You will have to go to the Sharing tab of each company you wish to share with a User.
